The first part of the total conversion mod opens up a basic introduction- that every army from every version from all of Command and Conquer exists on the same planet at the same time.
What else is going on at the same time is every threat from every faction-story from each version of each game. The world just might be ending!
Allied Story
Story told through the perspective of the Allies. Uprisings in desert nations, alien invasions, missing equipment and mysteriously disappeared outpost bases. Something has to be done, but the nations aren't in agreement as to what to do or how to do it. It's just too much.
GDI Story
Remnants of the Global Defense Initiative arrive through a few fractal portals- welcome news to many nations, once they say who they are. They know how to deal with simultaneous global threats; it's what they were made for.
China Story
China enters the fray, using their superior numbers and troop benefits to help bolster armies around the world. The threats though, are more than anyone knows.
Rising Sun Story
With so many armies and nations in disarray, it must have been a sign that Japan was able to build its technologically superior armies and navies in secret- which are now complete. War upon the world!
United States Story
The United States, failing its home defense or proof of their own failures, tries to cover its shame by aiding armies away from home and comes to the aid of China and the other Allies and newly recognized GDI.
Soviet Story
The World Wars left the United Soviet Socialist Republic broken and in fragmented lands known as new nations- but no more! They will reclaim their motherland and destroy their enemies, which is close to everyone.
Yuri Story
Yuri has been talking to someone, though no one knows who. Is he... working with someone? That doesn't make sense. It doesn't fit his profile. But he nearly acts the antihero, sabotauging the Soviets from inside. Though he's also attacking a lot of other armies.
GLA Story
The Global Liberation Army is not only in their own desert nations, but in many other countries as well. Small towns begin to rise up, and government buildings get destroyed with no warning. There is no central force nor location controlling these people.
Scrin Story
The gateway devices brought the Scrin to the best concentrations of tiberium crystals. The world is nearly ripe for better seeding and harvest.
NOD Story
Yuri is an agent of Kain.
The GLA were incited by Kain.
The Scrin were summoned through the machinations of Kain.
All things move to Kain's will. Kain was responsible for seeding the world with tiberium by using an Allied chronosphere. He can never die because Yuri's cloning process is under Kain's control. He can go through space and realities at will as well now that he controls a gateway.
Though the army of giant fire-breathing ants was unintentional.
Scrapper's Union Story
The biggest loser out of every war are the displaced citizens.
That is who was stealing technologies and abandoned vehicles.
They were building their own army!
They hope Kain will accept them.
